MANUAL
DAYLIGHT FUNCTIONS
The dual bezel looks and works like a traditional circular slide ruler. Instead of solving mathematical problems, the bezel tells us the number of hours of daylight in the four cities Stockholm, Tokyo, Los Angeles and New York throughout the year. The day-and-night complication further improves the watch bearer’s perception of daylight. The indicator consists of a rotating cut out globe seen from the North Globe. Major water masses are cut out, exposing the black to white gradient background. If the Baltic Sea is black, we know it is night.
