Terms and conditions
The following terms and conditions apply to the sale of BOLM’s products by BOLM AUTOMATON AB, organization number 559114-9082, unless otherwise agreed in writing between the respective customer and BOLM. When sold to a consumer, BOLM applies the mandatory rules that follow from applicable legislation. BOLM online store; www.bolmwatches.com.
General
These Terms & Conditions shall apply to all sales through BOLM AUTOMATON AB and will exclude application of any deviating general or specific conditions or terms of buyer. No waiver or modification of these Conditions of Sale shall be binding upon BOLM, unless approved in writing by an authorized representative of BOLM.
Price and Payment
All prices on the site are shown including EU VAT. In the shopping cart you will see the total price including all fees, taxes and shipping for EU countries. Please note that in the case of an order being shipped to a delivery address outside the EU, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are collected when the shipment reaches your delivery address. You will be responsible for payment of such import duties and taxes.
Delivery
All BOLM-watches include complimentary worldwide shipping. Different postal services are used depending on the destination. All models are in stock unless otherwise stated. Orders are dispatched from Sweden within 3 days.
Unclaimed packages
Unclaimed packages will be returned to us. For all unclaimed packages you will be debited all fees in connection with the return delivery.
Returning products/services
Returns are to be done on the buyers’ expense, unless the item is faulty or damaged upon delivery. Returned items are to be sent as letters or postal packages, and not for COD
Return Policy
BOLM return period is 14 days.
BOLM shall, if under the jurisdiction of our return policy, refund you what you have paid for the item as soon as possible, but latest within 30 days of the product being returned. You are obliged to pay for the return delivery of the product.
In your message to us you must clearly state that you regret your purchase. The return period is counted from the day you received the item. If you have purchased a customized product -or a product with a significant personal customization, no returns are accepted.
When returning an item:
You are obliged to keep the item in the same condition as when delivered.
You must not have used the item, however you have the right to inspect the condition of the product carefully. If damage or harm is caused to an item while inspected the product does not qualify for the return policy.
Warranty
Two year from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects on the watch itself (movement, case, crystal). Other parts than the above are not covered by this warranty. If you have a claim, use the contact information on the site.
Note that repair/replacements will be charged in the following cases, even during the warranty term.
– Failure or damage caused by improper use
– Failure or damage caused by unjustifiable repair or modification
– Esthetic changes that occur during normal wear and tear and aging (minor scratches, etc.; on the case and/or crystal, alteration of the colour on the wristband and damage on the coating)
– In case the retail store and the purchase date are not indicated on the warranty, or if this information has been rewritten
– If the warranty is not submitted along with the watch.
Privacy Policy
When ordering an item you will be asked to fill in your personal information. Upon purchase you agree to this information is stored in accordance with BOLMS’s privacy policy in order to fulfil our agreement to you as our customer. In accordance to the GDPR regulation, you have the right to know the information BOLM has registered about your person. If the information is erroneous, incomplete or irrelevant, you may ask to have your information corrected and/or removed. If this is the case please contact us by e-mail.
Force Majeure
BOLM is not liable for any non-performance caused by circumstances beyond our control, which directly or indirectly prevents, obstructs or renders production, delivery or freight uneconomical until such obstacle has been removed (force majeure). Such circumstances shall be deemed to include difficulties to procure raw materials as well as other difficulties and disturbances, including but not limited to war, riot, labour conflicts, fire, flood, storm, accident, fuel or power shortages, transportation shortages, obstacles or interruptions regarding transportation at sea and breakdowns or interruptions of any kind as regards to our equipment or facilities, which are deemed necessary for the performance of our agreements’ obligations.
